Are you looking for a deeper revelation of biblical truths? Studying the scriptures with Andrew's commentary in hand is like having a personal tutor walk you through the Bible.
Andrew Wommack has spent more than fifty years studying the Bible, and his study notes are now available to you in his Living Commentary software, Life for Today books, and free online Bible commentary.
The Living Commentary is the result of a call that the Lord placed on Andrew's life to be a teacher to the body of Christ. Along with that call came a God-given desire to help bring His body into 'the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of fulness of Christ' (Eph. 4:13).
God's Word, the Holy Bible, is given for that exact purpose (2 Tim. 3:16–17 and 2 Pet. 1:3–4), and Andrew's commentary is meant to be a tool to help bring that purpose to pass in your life.
Expand text- Andrew's first commentary, Life for Today: Gospels Edition, was published in book form in 1991.
- Andrew, with the help of three full-time research assistants, published five more volumes over the next several years. The last volume, which includes Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, and Colossians, was published in 1998.
- Once Andrew started producing his Gospel Truth television program, he no longer had time to write the Life for Today commentaries.
- In May 2000, the Life for Today notes were put on the website.
- Andrew continued to study and record his notes on his computer.
- Andrew's team started developing the original Living Commentary software in December 2005. The software was launched in January 2008.
- Today, the Living Commentary contains notes covering 23,000 Bible verses.
- The new version of the Living Commentary makes Andrew's updated notes available to you as soon as they're completed, and they're updated automatically. (It's called 'living' for a reason!)
The Life for Today notes are highlighted in green in the Living Commentary.
